We attach significance to labor education to cultivate a new generation of the times. According to the requirements of ‘the Notice of the Education Department of Anhui Province on Organizing and Carrying out the 2022 Provincial Student Labor Education Publicity Week’, it was the second Provincial Student Labor Education Publicity Week from 9th to 15th of May, during which our school actively organized the ‘Student Labor Education Publicity Week’ with the theme of ‘Happy Work and Happy Growth’.
First of all, create an atmosphere and carry forward the spirit of labor. To be concrete, our school has done a good job of labor education publicity through electronic screens, blackboard newspapers, thematic class meetings and other forms to create a good atmosphere of public opinion, promote the whole society to care about labor education, strengthen the concept of labor, and motivate the spirit of labor. Second of all, we should focus on home-school cooperation. For example, parents and children did a dish together, which also added a lot of laughter for the family. Third of all, carry out daily routine of sanitation task  inspection and evaluation to improve labor literacy. Specifically, the inspection and selection of ‘excellent dormitory’ and ‘model of daily routine of sanitation tasks’ further stimulated the students' labor concept of doing their own things. Fourth, proceed life practice picking activities in combination with the ‘Small Vegetable Garden’ project. Fifth, organize students of each department to go into the canteen and conduct activities such as making dumplings and cakes. Sixth, actively implement cleaning activities to beautify the campus in that each class in our school has its own hygiene area. Additionally, head teachers are responsible for arranging the students on duty to keep it clean every day.
To conclude, a series of labor education practice and publicity activities have helped the students to form good labor habits and positive labor attitude so that the students are trained to study hard, work consciously, and have the courage to create and work actively, which promotes students’ all-round development in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, work and aesthetics.
